Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using https://tncompassioncare.org (the “Website”) operated by Compassion Community Care Center (“C4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms contain important information about your rights and limitations of our liability. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you do not have permission to use the Website.
1) Purpose of the Website
The Website is provided for general informational purposes regarding C4’s mission and the development of a community care campus, including project updates, ways to connect with us, and opportunities to support or engage. Information on this Website may change as the project evolves.
2) Not Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice
Content on this Website is for general information only. Nothing on the Website constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, legal advice, financial advice, or professional advice of any kind. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
3) No Emergency Services; Not a Clinical Provider
C4 is a connector and coordinator and is not a clinical provider. C4 does not replace the direct services offered by existing nonprofits or service providers.
If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. If you need immediate help, contact local providers and organizations currently serving the community.
4) Website Access and Eligibility
You may use the Website only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. You agree to use the Website in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
5) Forms, Submissions, and Communications
The Website may include forms to:

submit partnership interest (partner inquiry form), and/or

contact us.
By submitting any information through the Website, you represent that:

We may use the information you submit to respond to you, route your message internally, and maintain records relevant to C4 operations. We do not guarantee response times or that every submission will receive a reply.
No confidential information: Do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., medical details, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers) through Website forms.
6) Donations and Payment Processing (If Available)
If the Website enables donations, donations are processed through a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your full payment card information. Your transaction may be subject to the payment processor’s terms and privacy practices.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method used for any donation and that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL C4 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, C4’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES OR DONATIONS, IF ANY, ACTUALLY RECEIVED BY C4 FROM YOU THROUGH THE WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13) Governing Law; Venue; Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hamilton County, Tennessee, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
